AEES 2025 | Xi'an, China | October 17-19, 2025


From October 17th to 19th, 2025, the 6th International Conference on Advanced Electrical and Energy Systems (AEES 2025) was held in Xi’an. The conference was jointly hosted by Xi’an University of Technology and IEEE. This year’s event focused on new theories, technologies, and application practices in advanced electrical and energy systems, attracting approximately 150 experts, scholars, researchers, and young students from various countries and regions to explore new pathways for industry development.  

2025年10月17日至19日,第六届先进电气与能源系统国际会议(The 6th International Conference on Advanced Electrical and Energy Systems, AEES 2025)在西安举行。大会由西安理工大学与IEEE联合主办。本届会议聚焦先进电气与能源系统的新理论、新技术与应用实践,吸引来自多个国家和地区的专家学者、科研人员及青年学子近150余人参会,共探行业发展新路径。

On the morning of October 18th, the conference commenced with its opening ceremony. In attendance were Vice President Professor Zhu Jiwei of Xi’an University of Technology, Conference Chair Professor Yin Zhonggang, Director of the Science and Technology Department at Xi’an University of Technology, Conference Chair Professor Wei Wenfu of Southwest Jiaotong University, Professor Dong Enyuan of Dalian University of Technology. Vice President Zhu Jiwei and Professor Wei Wenfu delivered speeches on behalf of the organizing institution and the conference, respectively. In his address, Professor Zhu Jiwei emphasized that, against the backdrop of global energy transition and the dual-carbon strategy, the innovative development of new power systems holds significant importance for promoting sustainable societal progress. He expressed his hope that the conference would provide robust support for scientific research, innovation, and industrial practices in related fields. In his speech, Professor Wei Wenfu highlighted that building a multi-energy complementary and intelligently interconnected energy system requires the collective efforts of the global academic community. He looked forward to further promoting collaborative innovation and deep integration in areas such as power electronics, energy storage technology, and intelligent control through the AEES international exchange platform. The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Yin Jianning of Xi’an University of Technology, who served as the Executive Chair of the conference.

10月18日上午,大会开幕。西安理工大学副校长朱记伟教授,大会主席、西安理工大学科技处处长尹忠刚教授,大会主席、西南交通大学魏文赋教授,大连理工大学董恩源教授,西安理工大学理学院副院长徐鸣教授,西安理工大学电气工程学院副院长段建东教授和宋卫章教授,宝鸡文理学院电子电气工程学院副院长张文娟教授等参加大会开幕式,朱记伟副校长和魏文赋教授分别代表主办单位和大会先后致辞。朱记伟教授在致辞中指出,在全球能源转型与“双碳”战略的时代背景下,新型电力系统的创新发展对推动社会可持续发展具有重要意义。他希望大会能够为相关领域的科研创新与产业实践提供有力支撑。魏文赋教授在致辞中指出,构建多能互补、智能互联的能源体系离不开全球学术界的共同努力。期待通过AEES这一国际交流平台,进一步推动电力电子、储能技术、智能控制等领域的协同创新与深度融合。大会开幕式由会议执行主席、西安理工大学尹健宁副教授主持。

The keynote session of the conference was chaired by Prof. Wenfu Wei. Keynote Speeches were delivered by Professor Chul-Hwan Kim from Sungkyunkwan University (South Korea), Prof. Ciwei Gao from Southeast University, Prof. Zhaoxi Liu from South China University of Technology, and Prof. Miao Yu from Zhejiang University. Their reports covered cutting‑edge topics including hybrid distribution systems, virtual power plants, flexible regulation of power systems, and low‑voltage AC/DC flexible interconnection.
大会主旨报告环节由魏文赋教授主持。韩国成均馆大学Chul-Hwan Kim教授、东南大学高赐威教授、华南理工大学刘肇熙教授及浙江大学于淼教授先后作精彩报告,内容涵盖混合配电系统、虚拟电厂、电力系统柔性调控与低压交流/直流柔性互联等前沿方向。

   
韩国成均馆大学Chul-Hwan Kim教授以《AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Systems》为题作报告,深入剖析传统交流配电系统的局限性,提出采用中压直流(MVDC)配电系统、推进交流 / 直流混合配电系统应用的解决方案  东南大学高赐威教授围绕《Opportunities and Challenges for Virtual Power Plants in Electricity Spot Markets》展开论述,梳理虚拟电厂在电力现货市场中的发展机遇与面临的挑战。 
   
华南理工大学刘肇熙教授在《Optimal Coordination of Flexible Resources and Resilience Enhancement for Power Systems》报告中,立足保障电力系统安全的核心前提,提出多种柔性资源高效管理的优化协调范式与韧性提升方法。  浙江大学于淼教授以《Planning and Control of Low-Voltage AC/DC Flexible Interconnection Systems》为主题,构建了柔性互联系统的多维度性能评价体系,并进一步深入研究柔性互联的规划与控制方法,为行业实践提供了重要理论支撑。 

 

特邀报告环节,由大连理工大学董恩源教授主持。西安交通大学李昊旻副教授、沈阳工业大学李晓龙副教授、四川大学黄小龙副教授、西安交通大学袁欢副教授、东南大学宋梦副教授、西安交通大学颜源博士等6位青年学者分享最新研究进展,涵盖电气材料、真空开关、城市配电网韧性及高压断路器环保技术等主题。

此外,大会还设置3场专题论坛、3场口头报告分会、6个线上分会场、2场学生论文竞赛及2场海报展示,涵盖电力电子、可再生能源集成、智能配电系统、储能优化控制等前沿领域,内容丰富、形式多样,促进了多领域科研成果的交流与碰撞。大会期间评选出“青年科学家奖”“最佳论文奖”“最佳口头报告奖”“突出贡献奖”及“优秀审稿人奖”等多个奖项,并进行了现场颁奖,以表彰在学术研究与会议组织中表现突出的学者和研究者。
